GinISH is the perfect alternative for the times when you’d like a drink, but would rather skip the alcohol. With help from Mother Earth – we’ve created the familiar flavor of a classic gin, without the alcohol. Intended to be mixed with tonic for an alcohol-free gin & tonic and in other gin based cocktails like a low-alcohol NegronISH.

Made from natural botanicals such as juniper berries and coriander seeds. We carefully distill, steam and extract the flavors to re-create the familiar flavor of a classic gin. To add the perfect punch, we know from typical spirits, we extract the heat from the shells of chili seeds.

Please note that GinISH can be a bit cloudy which is simply the texture from the botanicals. So, in this case, the cloudier the better.

Why <0.5% alcohol?
The process of extracting an aroma from its natural state occasionally requires a small amount of alcohol to release its full flavor. This is why ISH is labeled with <0.5% alcohol. To compare, orange juice and goma dressing contain 0,3%-0,4% alcohol, like many other everyday products. So perfectly safe to consume if you are pregnant or in other ways adhere to an alcohol-free lifestyle.
